Among short and feature films, we selected 101 films from 24 countries. Amid the most recurring themes, the pandemic itself and the return of sex and good humor, quite rare in recent editions.

Mix Literário Award, in this second edition, it also welcomes male and female authors from other Portuguese-speaking countries, who can also be awarded with the celebrated Silver Rabbit of the Festival. We also present the first Caio Fernando Abreu Literature Award, in partnership with the prestigious Editora Reformatório, which will publish an original work related to the queer theme.

With the aim of bringing complex issues closer to the general public through meetings between artists, researchers and other professionals, MixTalks are intersectional discussions on the most varied themes seeking reflections that lead us to the next step in the development of effective transforming actions.
